Position Title
Warehouse Lending Collateral Processor I

Job Summary
The Collateral Processor position is crucial to timely and safe receipt, record keeping, filing / storing, endorsing and imaging for collateral notes received in Warehouse Lending, as well as a critically important role in preparing collateral notes for safe, timely, and precise shipment to Flagstar HQ and other investors.
Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership interest in your job along with a willingness to take direction from others are key to working successfully in this department due to daily deadlines and workloads.
Job Responsibilities :
Process incoming overnight deliveries correctly and in a timely manner in Warloc
Process Bailees, review for accuracy and precisely endorse notes to prepare them for investor transfer.
Scan Other Investor notes to the correct batch class and review images for clarity.
Prepare overnight airbills, wand notes to shipping spreadsheets, and upload shipping information into Warloc, and ship notes to investors on a deadline daily.
File notes in vault per Warehouse guidelines, and pull notes from vault based on shipping requests meeting all deadlines.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience in an office / customer service position or comparable education.
Familiar with Excel, Extremely Detail Oriented, organized, able to work in a team, flexible in task assignments and customer focused
